In the alternate reality of Marvel Zombies, a virus turns Earth’s greatest heroes into the undead. The storyline, created by Robert Kirkman ✍️ and Sean Phillips 🎨, begins in Ultimate Fantastic Four #21 before continuing in Marvel Zombies #1-5.

It all starts when the Sentry brings the zombie virus from another dimension. Within hours, the infection spreads across the world. The Avengers, X-Men, and Fantastic Four are transformed into flesh-eating monsters, leaving only a few uninfected survivors.

With their powers intact but their humanity gone, the zombie heroes devour entire cities, consuming everything in their path. Zombie Spider-Man, Wolverine, and Captain America (now Colonel America) lead the ravenous horde.

The few survivors, led by Magneto and Black Panther, make a desperate stand, but the undead heroes are unstoppable.
